Based in Market Harborough Deichmann UK, a Subsidiary of Deichmann SE is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our Marketing team as Digital Marketing Assistant.
This is an office based role 4 days per week, with the option to have one day working remotely.
The role offers a competitive salary of £21,000

Ideal candidate:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead and Head of Marketing and Communications, this person will be responsible for providing assistance to the Marketing Department, whilst ensuring the overall company marketing strategy is implemented.
Key activities:
- Assisting in all areas of digital marketing, including but not limited to Display, YouTube, Paid Social and Influencer Outreach
- Preparing and setting up ad campaigns including content miming on relevant channels for all campaigns and promotions
- Scheduling content on social media and engaging with the community
- Content creation for the in-house blog
- Performance reporting for internal and external use
- Liaising with agencies and third parties to ensure the timely launch of all campaigns and promotions
- Competitor analysis to keep up-to-date with the market
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as invoicing, ordering products for shoots and influencer outreach
Personal characteristics:
- Genuine interest and motivation for working in Marketing
- Eager to learn, highly motivated and diligent
- Immaculate writing skills
- Interest in analytics and numbers
- Highly motivated and works on own initiative whilst also able to work effectively as one of a team
- Proficient user of MS Office, Google Workspace
- Willingness to occasionally post and interact with the Deichmann community outside of core working hours due to the nature of social media
