An exciting opportunity has arisen at Level Preston. We are seeking to recruit an Assistant General Manager to support the day to day operation in the best entertainment venue in Preston.
Under one roof we have activities to appeal to every age from bowling to laser tag, mini golf, pool tables, arcades, karaoke, sports bar and kitchen.
As Assistant General Manager for Level, you will be at the very centre of the customer care and team experience, taking accountability for the center in the absence of the General Manager.
The main responsibilities will evolve around the support you will provide with any back of house duties as well as running an exceptional operation front of house, being hands on and leading the team to achieve a great customer experience, the financial expectations and maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers
The ideal candidate will understand that the customer experience is what drives our operation to success and will implicitly grow the business we have already built.
Previous experience in a management position, a good understanding of the business as well as a passion customer service is what we are looking for in our ideal candidate.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate

- Be able to work as part of a team and make decisions under pressure
- Prioritize work loads
- Have a good business acumen
- Excellent understanding of the health and safety and licensing requirements
- Hold a personal alcohol license
