We are currently looking for a Leisure Receptionist who can work during the week including weekends on a rota basis
We are looking for a professional individual to assist our owners and guests at our prestigious and exclusive holiday resort. We expect nothing but the best and we need an exceptional person to be welcoming, practical and full of energy.

What Will You Do
As a Receptionist you will be
- Handling guest queries
- Making leisure bookings
The Leisure Reception area is a busy environment and therefore we are looking for a Leisure Receptionist who can work across various shifts during the week which will discussed at the interview. What Will You Bring
As a Leisure Receptionist, you should have
- Relevant reception or front of house experience
- Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Excellent Customer Care Skills Able to deal with difficult situations professionally and efficiently
- An eye for quality standards and safety
- Enthusiasm for working with customers
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- A flexible approach to working including weekends and public holidays is essential
