Job description
Working under the direction of head of marketing you will help influence the company's marketing goals and objectives and support the day to day marketing activities of the business.
You will create content for a range of audiences and channels and help with our engagement activities. It's a varied role with a lot of scope to make a difference and learn new things along the way.
List of duties:
- Researches market trends, demographics, blog topics, and audience insight to use in future campaigns.
- Supports on the implementation and creation of advertising/media and relationships with suppliers and PR consultant.
- Supports internal communications including updating the intranet, direct mail and newsletters.
- Manages the marketing inbox and email distribution.
- Supporting website management, including blogs, creative content and video whilst implementing SEO (Search Engine optimisation) best practice.
- Help maintain social media accounts by accurately curating and scheduling content to support the editorial calendar.
- Uses email marketing platform to create campaigns and understands GDPR best practice.
- Supports in the management of CRM and marketing data.
- Exporting data to create monthly reports for management team.
- Supporting with event planning for such events, such as exhibition shows, staff Christmas party and client events.
Hours: 35.00 per week

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship the candidate would be encouraged to apply for a fulltime position within the organisation.
Training Provided:
You will be enrolled with Exeter college and supported to achieve a Level 3 Digital Marketer Advanced Apprenticeship qualification.
Additional Information:
To enable you to complete this qualification, and be eligible for this role we need candidates to already hold a Level 3 qualification (A Level, BTEC or equivalent) and a Grade C/5 or above in GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Please ensure this is detailed on your CV.
