The Senior Specialist will sit within the Business Marketing team for Primary and Secondary Markets. Their role will include marketing activities supporting objectives developed in strategic marketing plans on a global/regional, segment or product basis.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Plays a significant role supporting the execution of projects in marketing delivery functions aligned with the broader team remit;
- Provides specialized expertise on a functional, product, segment, or geographic basis to assist with the impact and efficiency of the company's marketing plans in order to meet business and/or channel needs, drive business results and build brand equity;
- Accountable to various marketing management roles and key responsibilities may include but are not limited to: successful project management and execution of Marketing campaigns and activities as defined by the strategic marketing plan, key customer messaging and proof points, brand ambassadorship; tactics, timing and measurement. Tactics may include advertising, digital marketing, social media, physical / virtual events, media initiatives, partnership marketing, account-based marketing, and sales support;
- Demonstrates marketing expertise to support creation of new ideas/approaches to effectively enhance the output of marketing;
- Takes the initiative on tasks including market / business research, budget management, and reporting of output as a part of tactical execution with limited guidance;
- Works using own initiative, with some guidance & direction from more senior colleagues.
