About the role
As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will form a critical part of the Marketing team, reporting into our Performance Marketing Lead. Working closely with our Data Analytics and Strategy Team experts to understand key areas which need to be measured and working with relevant stakeholders to implement.
What you will do
- Oversee the migration of Universal Analytics to GA4
- Develop roadmap to integrate multiple data sources and work closely with engineers to implement
- Provide insights and recommendations into customer behaviour, online journeys and conversion rate optimisation
- Help define our KPI’s and assess which are the most cost effective channels
- Be the voice of marketing in data/dev conversations ensuring critical updates are synced between teams
- Analysing website traffic and user behaviour using web analytics tools such as GA4
- Developing and maintaining tagging and tracking solutions to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to implement tracking requirements and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Creating a cohesive dashboard for all our web traffic / users and connecting them to key company metrics that allows us to segment & deep dive in real time what is happening.
- Conducting A/B and multivariate testing to optimize website performance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve website usability, user experience, and conversion rates through data analysis.
- Performing ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics and conversion optimization.
- Training and educating team members on web analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert on web analytics and data analysis.
- Lead the attribution journey for the company
About you
- Proactive attitude to learning, and the ability to work autonomously
- A strong knowledge of web tracking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build productive relationships both internally and externally
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues
