We work in SaaS serving a dynamic client base of B2B companies.
The role is Content Account Manager, and your ability to understand B2B content marketing strategically and from a qualitative perspective will be highly critical.
Core functions:
- Connect with clients and update them on production for existing content
- Solve any bottlenecks in the client's ability to review work
- Prepare meeting decks
- Provide contact reports
- Maintain the client's enthusiasm and commitment to content campaigns
- Continue to deliver value through commercial awareness
