We are looking for a PBS Support Assistant to join our team and person-centred support and a PBS focus to support our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for caring people at their home as well as working in the community. You will be working closely with our in house psychology team who will provide behavioural support intervientions and analysis for our clients. As an organisation we have over 20 years experience in the health and social care sector, however we are newly formed organisation who recognises the importance of PBS support and the difference it makes.
To start with you will be matched to the client based on your skill set and personality. Then you will have a set contract agreed with the client. You will recieve at least L2,3 4 and 5 training opportunities to start your employment. We are a flexiable and all inclusive employer and accept people with disabilities as well as lived experience.
