About the role
We’re looking for a Digital Executive to join our Communications & Digital team. Reporting to the Digital Manager, in this role you will work on multi-platform digital campaigns across organic and paid social, PPC, email marketing and our websites. You will need to be driven by data and insight but also have a passion for digital and the creativity needed to translate concepts and ideas into digital marketing campaigns. You will have experience of content production and ideally video production.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering email marketing campaigns, developing email journeys and newsletters for a range of audiences, and an understanding of using CRMs and managing data within an email management platform such as Dotdigital.
Part of this role is about supporting other fundraising teams to maximising income and engagement through delivering digital campaigns. You will have a proven track record of managing digital campaigns in a role that involves juggling many priorities. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment that will provide you with autonomy and the opportunity to develop your skills through working on specific projects and campaigns.
Hybrid working: The role is based in our Worthing office, with one day a week alternating between St Barnabas House or Chestnut Tree House and the option to work remotely 2-3 days a week.
