Job Function
- First point of contact for answering office calls and queries from residents and clients and directing the calls to the appropriate department
- Greet any visitors to the office, ensure they sign in at reception on arrival and sign out when leaving, and book the meeting or board room if necessary
- Answer correspondents via email, call etc.
- Update and maintain the CRM system
- Providing admin support to our engineers
- Assist with office stationary ordering and maintaining stock for our engineers
- Handling inbound and outbound post
- Uploading Delivery notes and informing accounts of satisfied orders
- Handling of the office petty cash
- Maintenance of our filing system
- Liaise with Service Coordinator for updating the status of works for our clients, and booking appointments for attendance.
- Providing a breakdown of attended works weekly and batching portal case works ready for invoicing.
- Any and all ad-hoc office duties.
General Requirements
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Highly organised and able to multitask.
- You will have excellent Microsoft Office application skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- To represent and present Elevate Everywhere in a professional, competent, and responsible manner always in the conduct of your duties.
- To undertake all works with a flexible approach to Client, business and colleague needs, requirements, and expectations.
- You will be required to function independently, working on your initiative and self-management, in meeting business objectives and as business needs dictate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
