Our friendly team our now looking for an Administrator to join them at Antonine Care Home. Antonine House is a luxury private care home in the popular town of Bearsden. It is among the country’s finest, providing nursing and dementia care at its best and surpassing national care standards.
£10.50 per hour + benefits - 22.5 hours per week
You've already had some previous administration and customer service experience and you'll use that to help keep the home running smoothly.
Things your day might include will range from ordering office supplies, typing up correspondence and reports, general office duties and handling telephone enquiries.
Your attention to detail will be helpful when you're preparing invoices, recording the banking of all cash and cheques and maintaining employee and client records.
Being computer literate is a must for you to succeed in this role.
We'd love for you to have previous experience in a care home setting, but if you haven’t worked in care before, with your very own mentor, a full induction programme and ongoing training, you'll be feeling comfortable in your new role in no time.
