ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for Guest Excellence host – Call Centre Advisor, to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!
We are recruiting for Call Centre Hosts to join our Alton Hub! This role consists of delivering world class customer service through: phone calls, social media, live chat, emails and review sites:
What will you do?
- Respond to pre-visit enquires and post-visit feedback via all platforms to the highest quality and in a timely manner.
- Take ownership of feedback and suggest ideas to enhance the guest journey.
- Delivering personalised and memorable experiences to guests.
- Working in a fast-paced call centre environment.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!
You'll need to be enthusiastic, outgoing, approachable, and confident.
- Confidently communicate to guests in both pre-visit enquiries and post-visit feedback.
- Work in an efficient and effective manner both alone and in a team situation.
- Highly motivated and focused on meeting targets.
- Experience in a customer-focused role or a passion in guest service.
- Basic computer skills.
Operational Hours:
Monday to Sunday 08:30-16:30 (Off-Peak)
Monday to Sunday 08:45-17:15 (Peak/Special Events)
This role can be either full time or part time, fixed term, from February 2023 until November 2023, working weekends and bank holidays as required.
