The Sprowston Manor Hotel and Country Club boasts excellent conferencing facilities. Our 12 conference rooms can accommodate up to 500 delegates that cater from a range of events from Business Meetings to Wedding Receptions. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Deputy General Manager onto our team.
As Deputy General Manager, you will be required to:
- Be responsible for maintaining consistent standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports organisational values.
- Report any issues to General Manager
- Provide excellent communication to guests and other members of staff
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the operations of a hotel containing 100 bedrooms or more. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are also required for this role.
