Oldham Marketing and Communications Officer

Salary: NJC scale 6 point 19 – 22 (£13,926- £14,719 per annum pro rata amount)
Hours: 18 per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Oldham locality office/homeworking (hybrid)

The Role
The Oldham Marketing and Communications Officer will be part of our Oldham team, working as a link between Action Together in Oldham and the wider charity and its Marketing and Communications team. The role holder will be focused on the work of Action Together in Oldham and its place within the VCFSE sector in the borough.

They will work alongside the Marketing and Communications team to ensure communications are consistent with Action Together’s branding and fit alongside our work in Rochdale, Tameside and Greater Manchester.
The role holder will support the Oldham team in developing their communication skills, communicating the work that they do, and marketing our services in Oldham to people and partners in the borough. They will work closely with staff, sharing internal and local communications and campaigns, and respond to queries and requests from the team. They will produce content, copy and design work to promote the work of Action Together and its impact in Oldham.
