We are recruiting a Deputy Club Manager for our fantastic club in London.
The business is an established premium operator in the London market and is growing strongly. We are very passionate about health and fitness and making a difference to all our members.
This role requires an inspirational future leader with proven flair and commercial ability, as well as the skill, energy and determination to drive and develop the business. We're looking for a hands-on and member-facing deputy manager with the experience of developing and maintaining high standards and reputation of a gym whilst nurturing a growing membership base and team.
Duties include:
- Overseeing aspects of the day to day operation of the club
- Responsibility for supporting the delivery of all club commercial targets
- Managing spa and wet facilities
- Supporting and inspiring Team to provide world class customer service
- Managing daily sales reporting to ensure the club sales targets and KPIs are achieved
- Leading and coaching the club Team in all daily procedures in the absence of the Club Manager
- Dealing with all member issues and complaints
- Daily operational walk rounds
- Daily cleaning walk rounds
- Ensuring that all gym equipment is kept in good working order
- Assisting in setting strategic club goals with management

The salary and bonus level reflects this, with a basic of between £30,000 and £36,000 with a performance bonus on top.
