Job description
You will be coaching and developing our selling partners, observing their customer interactions and offering feedback. You will quickly identify different learning styles within the team and adapt your approach to get the best of each Partner.
You will be an advocate for the customer journey, have a passion for service and role model the exceptional service that customers expect from our treasured brand.

Experience in a senior customer facing role
Passion for excellent customer service
IT literate
Experience coaching others to achieve success
