We are looking for an enthusiastic head chef to join our small but busy family run business, who can deliver attractive A la Carte food at our riverside bar & bistro.
To be accountable for:
- Recruiting and training other kitchen staff
- Maintaining ordering and controlling food stocks within a budget
- COSHH, FOOD SAFETY, H&S, legal regulations
Candidates must have:
- Experience of successfully managing a team
- Experience and be capable of ordering correctly & stock control
- Be a team player
- Interest in customer service
Must be able to work:
- Weekends
- Bank holidays
- All special occasions
