An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly, professional and personable receptionist to join us at Taylored Dental Care.
We are a fully private dental practice with three sites spread out across the Bradford district offering a range of dental treatments from sedation, high end cosmetic treatment, orthodontics to general dentistry.
Our patients are at the heart of everything we do and we always aim to provide them with the best experience and service therefore you must be able to build fantastic rapport, show empathy and have an understanding of their needs for all new and existing patients.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. What is essential is that you have strong communication and organisational skills, you will be empathetic to our patients needs, you will always strive to provide the best service for our patients and you must love working as part of a team.
As a Dental Receptionist you will:
- Have previous front of house experience, ideally within a healthcare setting although this is not essential.
- You should be motivated and able to enthuse others
- You should be organised and able to prioritise your workload
- You must be able to build rapport with our patients and be empathetic to their needs, fears and frustrations.
- Be responsible for the management of a clinicians diary, ensuring all gaps are filled.
- Arranging, rearranging and cancelling patient appointments
- Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly understand and communicate complex treatment plans, procedures and requirements
- Ensure patient records are accurate and well maintained
- Ensure smooth and efficient running of the practice and equipment
