Job description
We are looking to recruit full time field installation engineers to join our experienced team of 6G installers. We will consider both experienced installers and trainees. Your role will be to carry out both commercial and domestic installs throughout the North West and surrounding areas.
6G internet is pioneering a new communication technology: Air fibre is a signal delivered through the air allowing customers to receive a broadband connection using radio-style technologies rather than typical underground wiring. The result is faster, more secure and direct.

What we are looking for-
Applicants must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be proactive, confident and organised. You will be used to working to tight deadlines, able to work within a team effectively and be able to communicate at all levels, with a friendly manner. You should have a flexible working attitude and possess a "can do" approach. Applicants must know that this is a physical job which involves working at heights, lifting and fitting equipment- you should be practical, physically fit and able to use hand tools. Common sense and problems solving skills are essential.
Requirements
- General DIY Capabilities;
- General Common Sense and good Problem Solving abilities;
- Capable of working at heights; i.e from ladders and on rooftops;
- Capable of following instructions and directions provided by Coordinators/seniors;
- Can work as part of a team;
- Willing to learn and take on appropriate training;
- Must be willing to work outside normal hours should they be required;
- Hold a full current diving license.
There is a normal working pattern of 8 hours per day 8:30am-5:30pm with an hour for lunch, Monday to Friday (may include Weekends). However the individual must be flexible
