Job description
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of agency or in-house marketing experience and is used to working in a fast-paced team. You will be able to manage your own workload and responsibilities. You’ll be able to use reporting and analytics platforms to guide decision making across different channels, including paid media, our website and email marketing.
We’re looking for someone who loves to travel and learn, enjoys a challenge, and always strives to be well-informed on emerging trends within the digital space.
About the role
You’ll be reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager whilst working closely with all the others around you in the marketing and content team. You will also be working collaboratively with other internal stakeholders as well as agency and contractor partners.
The digital team is growing and there is scope for the right candidate to progress quickly within the business.
What you need
Essential:
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Ads
- Excellent digital and analytical skills combined with a good knowledge of digital advertising and PPC
- Experience using MailChimp or similar EPS software
- Knowledge of segmentation best practices
- Strong creative problem solving skills
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and working with external agencies
Good to have:
- Experience within the travel industry
- Familiarity with the luxury market
- Experience working with CRMs
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
