Entrepreneurs Circle is the UK's largest membership organisation for ambitious business owners. In short, we help small business owners to grow their businesses.
We've offered online training, personal help and support, coaching, critiques, events, networking and more to help over 50,000+ entrepreneurs to grow their businesses over the past 15+ years.

The Nitty Gritty:
We work in our office at Birmingham Business Park. It's bright, colourful, fun and you'll be equipped with the most cutting edge tech known to man!
We pay full-time salary but our working hours are 8am to 6pm - Monday to Thursday - which means we don't work Fridays!
(we also dish out pretty chunky Christmas bonuses too!)
You'll slide seamlessley into our 8 person Marketing Team and be person numero 30 in the business - so we're a tight knit, small-ish team with an average age in the high 20's.
IMPORTANT: although we are very cool, and very smart, our social media abilities are NOT as good as they should be. That's why we need you! So check us out on Instagram, but please don't judge us! ;D

And here's why:
We are a pretty unique business because we are absolutely overflowing with content.
We run events every month - often with famous faces and celebrity guests (Piers Morgan, Deborah Meaden, Sara Davies, David Walliams, Karren Brady, Sir Chris Hoy, Levi Roots, Mary Portas etc etc etc) plus create content for our paying members each and every week.
What we need is someone who can take our vault of content, find the best bits, edit them for maximum impact and post them on social media to widen our reach.
You WILL get the chance to create new content (especially TikToks!) but you are in the lucky position to have a rich catalogue of existing stuff to use too!
You won't be trying to convince a dinosaur that TikTok is the future... we're right there with you - and the whole team is ready and waiting to help!
We have mapped out a comprehensive plan for what WE think our Social Media person will be posting and creating each day, but you're coming here to take the reins.
You'll be in charge of our social media strategy. You'll be in control. And as such... you need to know what you're doing!

- You'll be a social media addict (in a good way!)
- You'll have the technical abilities to edit a video for social media
- You'll have an 'eye' for what looks good (and what doesn't!)
- You'll be (almost!) as cool, hip and fun as the rest of us
- You'll have read this job description and thought "OMG this is the job for me!!"
- You'll be able to spell.......... (seriously, some of the applciations we get!) ;)
- You'll probably know what Canva is and use it already
- You'll love the idea of growing our social media channels to huuuge followings
- You'll be reliable, hard-working and all the usual stuff too!

- Instagram (11k followers)
- LinkedIn (3k followers)
- Twitter (20k followers)
- YouTube (3k subscribers)
- TikTok (6k followers)
WHAT YOUR TYPICAL* DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
7:50am: Cruise into Birmingham Business Park.
7:55am: Chit Chat with the Butler while he makes you a coffee.
8:01am: Log on, clear that inbox and respond to comments on social media.
8:20am: Record a new video with the team for socials.
9:30am: Bathroom Break (you can do this whenever you want this is just an example!!)
9:40am: Edit that footage you filmed.
10:30am: Create an image carousel and schedule.
11:00am: Schedule LinkedIn posts for this month.
12:00pm: LUNCH (the Butler's done Sushi!)
12:30pm: Dog Walk!
1:05pm: Watch Jimmy Carr's session from our Convention to find the best clips!
2:30pm: Edit those clips into super epic TikToks!
3:10pm: Bathroom Break! (again... no pressure to schedule these!!)
3:30pm: Prepare and post an Instagram story.
5:00pm: Edit a Day in the Life video you recorded last week.
6:02pm: Log off and head home!
*every day will be different and you'll be in charge/responisble for your schedule :)
