V12 Sports and Classics are the UK’s fastest growing, independently owned Used Car Supermarket. Having vast experience and knowledge within the industry and a great selection of used cars to suit every need and budget, V12 Sports and Classics are all about keeping customers happy by offering an excellent personal service.
You will work in a busy preparation centre working with and alongside a variety of specialist teams. Our Prep Centre processes up to 1500 vehicles on-site at any one time and services a large number of dealerships around the UK.
Scope & Main Purpose:
- To be aware of the overall company’s objectives, how they relate to you and how your daily activities contribute to the success of the company.
- Develop quality relationships with all work colleagues.
- To add extra gloss to the quality of the product, by carrying out any necessary paintless dent repairs to V12 standard.
- To ensure that all internal department procedures and policies are adhered to.
Main Duties:
- To provide a superior service experience to all customers, colleagues and visitors to V12 by completing your duties in such a way to ensure that the company’s reputation is well maintained.
- Carry out all paintless dent repairs to all makes of vehicles, to the standards required by V12.
- To use the right products and equipment necessary, in order to achieve the highest levels of quality and standards.
- Follow C.O.S.H.H, and Health and Safety regulations, and act in a professional and sensible manner when using all products, equipment and machinery.
- Meet the schedules and timescales set out by your Line Manager.
- To receive work instructions from either the job cards (routing sheets), or via the vehicle processes. Any other works needing to be completed is to be authorised by your Line Manager, prior to commencing.

- To attend training when required.

- To arrive for work at the correct time in the appropriate uniform making sure that it is in immaculate condition.
- Must be fully training and be able to demonstrate both speed & quality of work
