Job Description
Working closely with the Senior Human Resources Manager and the Partners to ensure a great experience for our employees and stakeholders. You will be part of a newly created HR department and will be part of the success of building on the work that has already been done and be an extremely hands on generalist with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Role & Responsibilities
- Providing administrations support, issuing letters and other highly confidential correspondence
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of employee records on our HR database
- Assisting with the recruitment process, advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, organising interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies
- Assisting with HR systems administration whilst maintaining the integrity of data and ensuring all HR data is accurate
- Working with management information and data analytics to enhance and improve presence management, workforce planning and other areas of HR
- Dealing with the pre-onboarding process, acting as a point of contact for upcoming new starters ensuring regular communication, including recent newsletters and updates, are sent
- Assisting with the design, preparation and delivery of internal communications and HR social media across the company (e.g. internal newsletter), taking ownership of relevant aspects as required
- Supporting the Senior HR Manager with casework, including note-taking and preparation of documents as required
- Carry out any ad-hoc administrative task for the HR team as required
Desired Skills
- Experience desirable but not required
- Knowledge of HR or an interest in the profession desirable
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data bases
- Excellent administration experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to show initiative and work within a team
- Ability to build good client relationships and work confidentially
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with people at various levels
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload in a timely manner while all the time ensuring we exceed client expectations
