The Life of our Retail Associate:
- Provide excellent customer service through effective sales
- Educate customers about our world-class selection of wines through conversation, wine tastings, and special sales events
- Restock wines and merchandise in an organized manner
- Attend promotional and special sales events as required
- Actively participate in ensuring sales growth and pursuing new opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong independent and interdependent abilities
- Experience in sales, hospitality or retail environment
- Willingness and openness to learn
- Exceptional people skills and a passion for great customer service
- A passion for wine and a genuine interest in increasing your wine knowledge
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in BC with a current Serving It Right Certification
- Must be able to provide an open and flexible schedule
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position including repetitively lifting and carrying up to 40lbs, stand for extended period of time as well as navigate stairs
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
