The role as Recruitment Manager - Delivery is to work collaboratively with our existing MSP client base, develop, and expand it.
The Role
- You will be our 'champion' and go to leader for key accounts
- Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for the client
- Exceed client hiring objectives and deliver to set deadlines
- Keep up to date with industry developments and attend networking opportunities
- Mentor and/or manage a small team of Delivery Consultants
- Administration, organisation, and any ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Ideally, experience in a similar delivery/account management role within recruitment
- You'll come from an energy recruitment background
- Motivated and driven to prove yourself as a key player in recruitment and renewables contract
- Excellent organisational skills
- Tenacious and resilient, not easily phased by setbacks and comfortable in high pressure situations
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Outgoing, a team player, and quality driven
