What you’ll do
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team at Vodafone UK. You will become the PA for our Head of UK Digital Engineering & Head of IT Operations.
- You will set-up regular and ad-hoc meetings.
- You will schedule and reschedule diaries where meetings move on an ongoing basis.
- You will be responsible for agenda consolidation for weekly and monthly senior management meetings.
- You will effectively manage travel arrangements where supplier or offsite meetings are required.
- You will be involved with the organisation and logistics of department wide events
- You will need to create organisation charts for different technology areas as and when required
Who you are
- You will ideally have proven experience of PA support at Director level or being a shared PA across 2 or more managers.
- You will be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and able to manage competing demands.
- You will showcase good communication skills, both written and verbal
- You will be approachable with a can-do attitude, resilient with the ability to remain calm and focussed when under pressure
- You will possess the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- You will be proficient in MS office with an emphasis on Outlook and MS Teams
