We are currently looking for a Parts and Equipment Delivery Driver. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have a positive attitude, and able to provide top level customer service with an attention to safe delivery and driving practices. This individual should be able to understand, support, and help develop our company's culture while working with co-workers, suppliers, and customers. An individual who is professional, motived, and a self starter is key. Experience and knowledge of transporting parts and small equipment in the construction equipment industry is valued.

Job Description

• Coordinate with the Parts department and sales team the delivery runs needed for the day in Calgary and surrounding area
• Safe loading and off loading of: small to large parts; small pieces of construction equipment; and attachments for construction equipment
• Some yare duties as required
• Warehouse, Shipping, and Receiving duties from time to time
• Safely transport parts and equipment via an F550 Deck truck and Gooseneck trailer
• Follow safe work practices. Identify possible safety issues and rectify them
• Participation in the Safety Fitness program with the completion of log books and required documentation
• Maintain Truck and Trailer in a clean and safe working order

Qualifications

• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Clear Class 5 Drivers license, other licenses welcome
• Able to loading and off-loading construction parts and equipment
• Ability to work with and use trailers (gooseneck) for hauling
• Working knowledge of tie down and load securement
• 5 Year drivers abstract required
• Interest in the construction and equipment maintenance industry an asset
• Able to maintain a professional, clean and organized work environment at all times
