Job description - Wholesale Delivery Driver
Goose Cap Enterprises, LLC is a Beer, Wine, and Liquor Store industry serving the Houston area since 2016, currently made up of 39 locations and growing. We are a small company with 180 employees committed to creating a professional, team-oriented environment with opportunities for career growth.
Goose Cap is currently hiring Wholesale Delivery Drivers to handle products stored at the warehouse and assist the Warehouse Manager in loading and unloading product, deliver the product and adhere to the delivery routes to locations in Harris County in a safe timely manner. The Wholesale Delivery Driver will perform daily duties assigned by the Warehouse manager to keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintains facility safety, security, storage, organization, and cleanliness.
- Reports all needed warehouse supplies and repairs to the supervisor.
- Prepares, receives, and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Loads, secures, verifies, and unloads product.
- Operates company vehicle to transport product to and from specified destinations.
- Adheres to assigned routes and follows time schedules.
- Abides by all transit laws and maintains a safe driving record.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, push, pull up to 150 pounds, lift up to 50 pounds during work shift.
Must be over 21 years.
