Due to business growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant. The post holders’ duties will include, but will not be limited to :
· Greet visitors in a pleasant and timely manner and deal with enquiries
· Answering and making calls
· Deal with enquiries and take messages as appropriate
· General tasks – filing, typing, sending mail, printing etc.
Skills required :
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· A calm and professional manner
· Excellent computer and administration skills
· A flexible and adaptable approach to work
· The ability to use your own initiative
· Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information
· Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.60 per hour
