Our team designs, develops and maintains massively scaling technology solutions brought to life with innovative architectures, data analytics, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the evaluation, implementation and ongoing support of United’s encryption platforms (hardware, operating systems, software and systems tools) and SME level support of United’s Certificate Management systems
• Provide direct technical support in problem management, integration and systems programming.
• Implement releases, upgrades and/or changes into the environment
• Ensure platform performance and availability meet design criteria and objectives through monitoring, timely service restoration and tuning. Duties may include system implementation, system maintenance/administration and troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Perform root cause analysis to quickly recover from service interruptions and to prevent recurring problems for CipherTrust. FutureX, and SME level Venafi PKI Management
• Implement changes to platforms with minimal impact to the business by following enterprise standards and procedures
• Design and document enterprise standards and procedures
• Provide on-site, and on-call 7x24x365 support, as needed

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• BS/BA, preferably in Information Technology or Business or equivalent experience, education, or training
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in Data Encryption technologies, DNS management and PKI systems
• Tokenization encryption experience
• The ideal candidate will have knowledge of multiple systems (operating/integration/architecture) and programming languages/methodologies
• Thorough understanding of server and desk top based technology, utilizing network systems related to enterprise view
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

• 5+ years of experience in Data Encryption technologies and extensive Venafi experience
• Vormetric/Ciphertrust experience
• FutureX experience
