SENAD Community provides high quality support for people of all ages who may have a disability, communication or specialist health needs.
The 'outstanding' person centred support we deliver aims to maximise potential, encourages independence and helps to engage our service users in meaningful activities.
The service is 24 hour's, 7 day a week- therefore you must be flexible in your availability (both waking night & sleeps are available)- we are recruiting for permanent roles both full & part time.
We are seeking support workers to work with a diverse group of individuals, who may have one/some of the following challenges:
· Acquired brain injuries
· Mental health needs
· Learning and/or physical disabilities
· Autism
· Drug/Alcohol misuse
· Forensic backgrounds
· Homelessness
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible individual with excellent communication skills who share our passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives.
The role does not require any previous experience as full training will be provided, rather we are looking for someone who shares our vision and ethos and is able to demonstrate positive values.
It is crucial that the person in this role understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality and always showing respect and dignity to those they are supporting.
