Location: Drayton, PO6,Portsmouth
As a Care Assistant, you will be required to provide the best possible care and support (physically and emotionally) to our residents on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include personal care, getting ready for the day ahead, assisting with meals (food and nutrition) and providing day to day social interaction which is just as important as each individual’s physical wellbeing.
Hours 33-44 hours per week
Shift pattern typically falls -
· Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday week 1
· Wednesday, Thursday, Friday week 2
12 hour shifts, days and night rotation where possible.
8am -8pm / 8pm - 8am

Requirements:
-Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
-Provide two references
-6 months of care experience is desirable
-Good level of English (verbal and written)
-Ability to work under pressure not only by yourself but as part of a team
-Punctuality
-Reliability to work shifts that have been accepted
-Can adapt to different working environments
