In support of our continued growth we are pleased to announce that a vacancy has become available for a Fixed Term, full time Data Collection Admin to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Senior Customer Engagement & Insight Officer with a particular focus on the collection and input of data about our customers
What you will receive

What will you be doing?
- Use a variety of methods to capture resident information to cleanse data records
- Input data into the Brighter Places housing management system to give us better insight about our residents
- Develop processes to help keep resident information updated
- Gather data insight from various resources such as surveys and through feedback
- Collating data to analyse trends to enhance customer satisfaction
- Support with preparing reports and/or presentations of data insight
- Support the wider Customer Experience & Insight team with any additional tasks.
