Come and join our Real Wrap team!! Working as a Production Operative, you will help produce a range of delicious products, including sandwiches, wraps, salads and other food to go products.
Hours of Work: 4 days on, 3 days off or 3,2,2,3 shift pattern ; 8am start
Depending on your skills and experience you may be employed on a higher grade, particularly if you have a strong food background or factory experience – this will be discussed at the interview stage.
Duties include:
- Help to make and pack our delicious products, which could include preparing/ making our products - handling fresh produce, including meat.
- You will need to ensure that each product meets the customer specification - eye for detail is important
No matter what task you are doing, there is always a focus on safety, quality and hygiene to ensure our customers receive the best possible products.
This role will involve standing for long periods and working in cold temperatures (8-10 degrees). It may also include will also repeat lifting and carrying ingredients and products.
- Experience required
- Good level of English & Maths
- Ideally experience in a food manufacturing environment, but this is not mandatory
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene - training provided
