About the role:
The SAP SF Employee Central Functional Lead will be part of the Atos NE Practice, part of the SAP HR team. This is a hands-on role working with our customers that may involve project implementation mainly, with some small AMS support tasks for our existing SAP SF and HCM customers.
The role also supports the Sales function with prioritising, solution design and estimating for projects and change requests to ensure the full scope of an implementation is known and detailed and supporting the sales team with.
Daily Responsibilities:
The lead functional consultant is responsible for the configuration of a SuccessFactors module within a project. This role covers both the internal and client-facing activities required for successful implementation. Applying standard processes, country specific knowledge, and technical know-how they will ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications.
The role ensures that the functional workstream delivers the right quality of deliverables into a customer’s Production environment such that Atos meets the client’s expectations for go live and provides a platform for a long and mutually beneficial client relationship. The role has responsibility for delivery according to the appropriate implementation methodology and for ensuring it is used and applied consistently within the programme.
Lead/Support the required workshops as laid out by the methodology, ensuring all decisions are accurately collected and recorded in relevant workbooks.
Define and document the overall configuration of the SuccessFactors module(s), making the accurate balance between business, technical and functional requirements and constraints, as well as the compatibility with different solution components.
Support project resources in defining solutions in the event that a challenge arises during delivery to ensure that delivery is timely and within budget.
At the end of the project, ensure successful transition to maintenance teams, either Atos or other resources.
Skill we can't do without with:
The candidate will have a proven ability in SuccessFactors ideally with functional expertise in several HCM areas
Minimum of 3 end to end SuccessFactors implementations, including hands on design and configuration
SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Employee Central and ideally one or more additional modules
Experience of multiple end to end global deployment projects involving Employee Central in a Lead capacity
In-depth knowledge of SAP Employee Central
Experience in multiple project implementation cycles
Solid experience in HR services delivery
Demonstrable experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors
Superb communication and presentation skills
Ability to run clear and engaging customer meetings and workshops
Able to work optimally across multiple multi-functional teams and contexts, responding to their differing needs and levels of expertise
Ensuring all business processes, functional specification, technical specifications, test scripts and training documentation are built and up to date
Supporting business implementations by sharing standard methodology configuration skills
Assisting with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modelling
