Data Scientist - Norwich City Centre Office / Hybrid - Permanent Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our data science team.

As a data scientist, you’ll define, research, develop and deploy models which impact artists and creators all over the world on a large scale. Working with us means working with top-tier labelled data created by the top filmmakers and musicians worldwide.

What you’ll do:

You'll build cutting-edge models and data pipelines to develop valuable features for our users like:

• Recommendation systems empowering creators all over the world
• Optimizing user journeys on our platform - e.g. Churn, LTV/ CLV
• Creative algorithms that empower our creators

Alongside this, you'll:

• Understand the business and product needs and transform them into successful scientific and production-ready solutions
• Write production-grade code, served to our user audience
• Guide juniors in the team and be an excellent source of knowledge on all things Data Science!

• Industry experience with hands-on data science
• Extensive knowledge of Machine Learning disciplines and algorithms in various fields
• Experience with structured/ tabular data and similar problems (marketing, recommenders)
• Excellent programming skills in python, R
• Experience in deep learning/ audio / video (nice to have)
• Software engineering background (nice to have)
• Passionate about music & art (nice to have)
