Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Location: St.James Square, C.London (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 12 Months (Initially)

Role Overview:
Proactive, aligned and efficient stakeholder engagement is a core part of how we seek to deliver against our strategic goals and C&EA objectives. We have traditionally used a variety of systems and approaches to maintain a record of our stakeholder engagement and associated data. This can vary fairly significantly across teams and geographies.

A project is therefore underway to test a new stakeholder management tool (SHM Tool) across the business to help us: we are therefore in need for a technically capable data lead to support with the integration.

In house “super user” and data entry coordinator for the (ongoing) roll out of a new stakeholder management digital tool.

What you will do:
Working closely with the Stakeholder Engagement manager, support the wider organisation roll out of the new stakeholder management tool – leading on implementation support, data entry and quality control
Responsible for data entry and uploads into the system – managing quality control
Manage setting up new users in system and quarterly licence use reviews
Liaise with I&E and 3rd party tool digital support and product development teams to manage access, digital security, and technical support
Support development and implementation of issues management and social investment tools on the Borealis platform – lead on data and technical support as required
Establishing and running a community of practice for tool users on MS Teams – regularly updating with training materials, top tips and support offers
Data lead on Trade Associations process
Coordinate alignment of TA tool with new stakeholder management tool
Manage data input and quality control
