Manages the development and/or operation of significant aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues.
Develops and/or delivers a plan and outcomes for an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues.
Defines, delivers, and adapts specialized products/services to meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems.
Delivers own small-scale or medium-scale projects by working within an established programme management plan.
Identifies and evaluates complex expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.
Develops and/or delivers a plan for a specific area of responsibility by managing others.
Manages the development and/or operation of knowledge management system with guidance from senior colleagues.
Develops and designs content for training courses in specific functional areas to fill gaps in established programs; runs complex and/or customised training courses to improve employee performance within specific functional area.
Coordinates across multiple teams to develop medium-term and/or long-term work schedules that help the organisation achieve its priorities and fulfil its business plans.
Analyses key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business.
Takes responsibility for implementing a team's formal development framework with guidance from senior colleagues, while informally coaching others throughout the organisation in area of expertise and pursuing and investing in opportunities for own personal development.
Identifies shortcomings, then suggests and implements improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering projects or a work stream within the organisation's change management programme with guidance from senior colleagues.
Supports internal customers to ensure their needs are met and/or helps senior colleagues manage client relationships.
Uncovers emerging issues and/or needs and identifies potential causes, related issues, key stakeholders and barriers.
Makes a significant improvement on short-term or long-term business performance by recommending authoritative technical and/or professional solutions.
