Graduate scheme details
Our graduate opportunities are a 2-year rotational programme in a chosen discipline, such as Electrical and Power, Signalling or Telecommunications, allowing you to learn and collaborate with industry-leading experts whilst carrying out fundamental work on live projects on the rail infrastructure. Our Graduate Scheme is a work-based training programme designed to develop bright and ambitious colleagues with a high level of aptitude to become long-term contributors to our team.

What you will need
- 2:2 degree in an engineering-related discipline
- A keen interest in Engineering
- Right to work in the UK
- Looking to start your graduate career in April 2023
