Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • 12 months interim or FTC
  • Up to £45k per annum or £250 per day DOE

I am working with a high-performing private equity firm on their search for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator. This role sits within the team of 12 in HR and will support the Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The Role

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and wider HR team, scheduling interviews, engaging with candidates, and hiring managers, utilizing and managing the ATS and raising contracts of employment. You will also work across EMEA and other areas around the globe.

Profile
As the successful Recruitment Coordinator, you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar fast-paced and corporate environment. This role would suit an EA/PA that has supported HR team or if you have around 18 months of experience working in agency recruitment specialising in Financial Services and are keen to gain exposure to HR and Internal Recruitment. Ideally, you will have experience using the ATS system Greenhouse or similar.

You will be pro-active and self-sufficient and experience managing multiple diaries and be highly organised to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines. You will be a confident and clear communicator and be capable of connecting with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to understand the needs of the business, taking initiative to anticipate problems and solve in good time.
