As an important member of the team liaising with fieldwork managers and client contacts, your high level of communication skills and commercial awareness will be beneficial. Along the way, we’ll work with you to develop your skills now, expand your professional horizons and enjoy a happy and fulfilling career as part of our team.

Role and Responsibilities

The role will be varied and include the following:

  • Assisting with the management of surveys and co-ordination with fieldwork managers;
  • Set up of new surveys including data configuration;
  • Set up of mobile devices for surveyors to collect data;
  • Data QA checks and validation;
  • Providing weekly progress reports and updates;
  • Dealing with confidential data;
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly fee accounts;
  • Preparation of survey outputs including cost tables for reporting;
  • Undertaking asset performance modelling;
  • Decent Homes and HHSRS assessments and validations;
  • Managing energy data to inform sustainability strategies;
  • Developing inhouse best practice data management; and
  • Support and reporting to the team leader.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Any knowledge of construction technology relating to residential accommodation would be beneficial.
  • You will be of an analytical mind and high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust outputs for the team and clients.
  • It is anticipated the role will require initial and on-going training in areas where knowledge may be limited and you will be fully supported by Ridge in gaining this expertise.
