  The role of Data Analyst is responsible for the report generation for the Front Office and Central Guest Services disciplines, with the responsibility of spotting any trends and providing valuable suggestions in terms of possible operational optimizations and procedural changes.
• As a Data Analyst you will design, build and deploy business solutions.
• Continuously improve and enhance software and platforms used within Edwardian Hotels London.
• Assist with any troubleshooting related to Salesforce / EMMACRS / Opera PMS / Rezportal / ReviewPro / Extranets platforms.
• Produce monthly and weekly reports with high consistency and precision.
• Be the first point of contact for Front of House and Central Guest Services queries on systems.

• Ability to work in a team and be able to brainstorm with people having a different vision.

• Being fully comfortable in using and learning new software with the ultimate goal of finding ways to optimize and enhance them

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.

• Flexible with shifts and time management in order to meet business demands and needs.

• Able to identify patterns in data.
