Key Essential Skills:

• 3 plus years of experience.
• CI/CD tools & techniques while working on any one major cloud platform ( AWS, Azure).
• Containers & orchestration frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

Desirable Skills:

• All stages of the software delivery life cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work closely with engineers in cross functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Automated testing frameworks.
• Infrastructure As Code (eg Terraform & Ansible) and command line.
• Operational monitoring and dashboarding for applications (eg. ELK, SonarQube, Prometheus, Grafana).

Overview:

• We are currently seeking an experienced professional DevOps Engineer specialised in either AWS, Azure to join our client with an immediate start with our client.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate complex data or technical concepts to non-technical internal clients.
• Lead small teams in technical assignments.
• Architecting small to medium-sized data products and data pipelining.
• Delivering projects within Agile or Scrum framework.
• Training and mentoring of immediate team members and colleagues in the wider business.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
