The role of Data Analyst is really important to us. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, this new role will be part of a growing team supporting our fuel division across all European countries.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
Conduct in-depth analysis that help executives to make business decisions- Evaluate and report performance versus planned outcomes of key strategic and tactical decisions
- Build and develop analytical models, to support and challenge our growth strategy
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to help stakeholders better understand business performance, highlighting commercial opportunities and areas of risk
- Understand and challenge data sources and assumptions to ensure reporting is robust, consistent, and insightful
What do we expect of you?
Aptitude for maths, degree with Maths, Science, Economics, or numerical degrees preferable- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Would be advantageous to have technical skills and exposure to database technologies which could include MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, Tableau
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, operating with a continuous improvement attitude
