The successful OMS Analyst will collaborate with fellow team members and local operations leadership to drive operational improvement. The OMS Analyst must be well-versed in distribution and supply chain operations, performance benchmarking, and KPI/dashboard development. Experience with database management and related tools is a strong plus.
The ideal candidate is process-oriented and always looking for opportunities to streamline and improve. The individual in this role will work with cross-functional teams to solve complex business issues involving order fulfillment, operational compliance, and inventory optimization.
TASKS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
- Use logical and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities to improve operational performance, reporting, and transparency
- Action holds preventing the end-to-end order lifecycle and operational KPIs
- Support the development and continuous improvement of standards along with implementation and improvements of systems.
- Assist with User Testing of new features and brand onboarding
- Manage safety stock and monitor in-transit inventory

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Required: BA/BS degree, preferably in logistics or business
- Required: 2-4 years experience, preferably in Supply Chain
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Advanced experience in Microsoft excel
- Familiar with IT ticketing systems JIRRA, Service Now
- Proficient in Power BI experience or similar reporting solution
- Direct experience with regular interaction/management, an understanding of relational database concepts; the ability to merge and transfer files resulting in the creation of reports from multiple sources.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to derive and articulate insights and actionable recommendations from data analysis
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects independently, simultaneously, and with strong attention to detail
