JOB ROLE: Data Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Customer Success Team!

We are expanding our wonderful team and are seeking a friendly, efficient Data Analyst who will be based at our Wokingham town centre office!

What is the role?

In this role, reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for supporting the team through managing admin tasks and data analysis for our clients, your day to day tasks will include but not limited too:

  • Support with customer queries and requests,
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written,
  • Export monthly presentation on client engagement report,
  • Processing starters and leavers on our reward and recognition system,
  • Reporting on any issues or findings to your team,
  • Willing to problem solve and be a self starter,
  • Open to working flexibly, as part of a virtual and office-based team,
  • Have a strong knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel,
  • Conduct training sessions when needed with internal parties,
  • Punctuality/delivering on time.

Experience within an office or admin based environment would be beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
