JOB TITLE: Risk Investigations Officer
SALARY: £25,707 - £27,060
LOCATION: Isle of Man
HOURS: Full-Time

About This Opportunity
We're currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join our Risk Investigations Team - Isle of Man.
The team is a small specialist customer service focused on Non Personal Account (NPA) Processing, Reconciliations, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and Sanction Screening. This is a team function that supports the wider business with the management of higher risk customers.
In this role you would be encouraged to provide a high level of customer service to both external customers and colleagues. Attention to detail is a critical key expectation of the role along with the ability to communicate confidently with all colleagues across our islands Business.
The primary requirement of the role will be to support the NPA, Reconciliations/ PEP and Sanction Screening team. Working closely with the Risk Investigations Team Manager & Team leader. You'll be required to support the coordinate of the daily workflow of the team.
You’ll also:
  • Complete Quality Controls and four eyes checking to ensure service levels have not been breached.
  • Accomplish work objectives by determining own work schedule, coordinating with the team and ensuring strict service level agreements are met.
  • Act as a role model for the team in line with the Groups Value’s & Behaviours
  • become fully competent using the bank's core systems.
  • be required to complete “The Financial Crime Foundation Course” to undertake the responsibility of the Customer Screening. This will be fully financed by Lloyds Banking Group.
