Are you someone that has an eye for detail and wants to make a real difference in an empowering and diverse role? We are a small but dynamic team of 23 and you will gain experience across a broad range of areas, from commercial to technical to strategy.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Data Analyst - and you can work from anywhere in the UK; even including some time abroad (yes, really!)
SQL skills are essential but the role offers much diversity. It is suited to those who prefer smaller companies, not those who wish to be a number in a large corporate.
We are constantly looking to push the boundaries in our field and you will be central to our focus on digital tools and solutions for our partners and customers.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Proven working experience with reporting and analytical tools (We use MS Power BI, MS Report Builder, MS Excel)
· Understanding of principals and architecture of MS SQL databases
· Ability to write T-SQL scripts and procedures
· Good working knowledge of Office 365 software, especially MS Excel
· Good working knowledge of business functions and processes
· Good working knowledge of ERP systems preferable (We use WinMan)
· Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
· Good general knowledge of IT systems, structures, and processes
· Excellent people and customer service skills
· Commercial acumen
· A structured, methodical, and analytical approach and mindset
