We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Officer at our martial arts school. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, as well as selling memberships to new and existing members.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information on our services, membership options, and pricing
- Process memberships, payments, and updates to client information
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets for memberships
- Attend events and promotions to promote our services and build relationships with clients
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for improving the customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience
- Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Target driven
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a mixture of evenings and days
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must work well under pressure
- Will need to be organised & reliable
