Job description
We have a new opportunity for a javascript contractor to support a leading supplier of engagement technologies. Through their platform, they are providing a suite of products to deliver connected content for their customers and partners.
This companies frontend software is a browser based Javascript application and they are looking to extend the abstraction library to support the functionality required by their platform. You will be responsible working alongside other engineers to implement this support, testing all required functionality in isolation and documenting the platforms capabilities and performance.

This role will be working on a hybrid weekly basis from their offices in Reading, Newbury or Poole and is offering a date rate up to £475 outside IR35. This is likely to be an initial 6 month contract with potential for extension.

- 4+ years experience with Javascript / ES5+
- Experience with Object Orientated Programming
- Knowledge of Closure Compiler
- Experience with PHP and Linux based systems
- Previous experience in an embedded environment
